Action for Children
Action for Children works with and supports young carers across the UK. They offer them practical and emotional support to ensure they enjoy and achieve, just like their peers. They aim to help give them a break to learn and have fun, letting them balance their caring responsibilities with just being

Help with emotional wellbeing
Anxiety UK supports people living with anxiety, stress or anxiety-based depression. The PHA UK has a special partnership with Anxiety UK, giving members access to a range of services.
